<li>Allow the butter to melt slightly in a saute pan. Add the seasoning and stir with the melted butter. Add the chicken into the pan and continue to cook until the chicken is about half done.</li>
<li>Once the chicken starts cooking, place the pasta into boiling water and cook until al dente.</li>
<li>Now, pour your clam juice into the pan.  Go ahead and add the peppers and onions. Cook for another minute, making sure the vegetables are heated through and the chicken is almost done.</li>
<li>Add the shrimp into the pan. Toss the ingredients together and continue to cook until the shrimp are almost done.</li>
<li>Add the tomatoes into then pan. Continue to cook mixture until both the shrimp and chicken are thoroughly cook through.</li>
<li>Place some pasta into each bowl.  Spoon equal portions of the jambalaya mixture into each bowl over the pasta.</li>

<p><strong>Recipe for Cheesecake Factory Avocado Egg Rolls</strong></p>
<p><em>First, you can assemble the dipping sauce.</em></p>
<p>Ingredients include:</p>
<ul>
<li>2 green onions</li>
<li>1 tablespoon granulated sugar</li>
<li>1 teaspoon ground black pepper</li>
<li> 1 teaspoon ground cumin</li>
<li>quarter cup olive oil</li>
<li>3/4 teaspoons white vinegar</li>
<li> 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar</li>
<li> Half teaspoon tamarind pulp</li>
<li> Half cup honey</li>
<li> A pinch of powdered saffron</li>
<li> Half  a cup of chopped cashews</li>
<li> 2/3 cup fresh cilantro</li>
<li> 2 garlic cloves</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Then, the Egg Roll Ingredients Include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>One tablespoon minced red onions</li>
<li>Half a teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped</li>
<li>A pinch of salt</li>
<li>3 egg roll wraps</li>
<li>1 egg, beaten</li>
<li>1 large avocado, peeled, pitted, &amp; diced</li>
<li> 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Now for the cooking instructions&#8230;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>First, stir together vinegars, tamarind, honey, and saffron in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 1 minute.</li>
<li>Stir until tamarind is dissolved.</li>
<li>In a blender, Puree tamarind mixture, cashews, 2/3 cup cilantro, garlic, onions, sugar, pepper, and cumin.</li>
<li>Pour mixture into a bowl and stir in oil.</li>
<li>Refrigerate until ready to use.</li>
<li>Gently stir together avocado, tomatoes, onion, 1/2 teaspoon cilantro, and salt.</li>
<li>Distribute filling evenly onto center of each egg roll wrapper.</li>
<li>Position a wrapper so that a corner is pointing toward you; fold the bottom corner up, 1/4 of the way over the filling.</li>
<li>Now, brush the remaining corners and edges of the wrapper with egg, roll up from side to side, fold top corner over all and press to seal.</li>
</ul>

<li>Separate the chicken breast into two cutlets.</li>
<li> Douse chicken with cracked black pepper and sea salt, cover with saran wrap and flatten with mallet until about 1/4&#8243; thick.</li>
<li>Heat olive oil in pan and fry cutlets for about 4-5 mins each side.</li>
<li>Remove from heat, cover and set aside&#8230; do not clean pan.</li>
<li>Melt butter in pan and saute sliced mushrooms for about 3 mins or until slightly wilted.</li>
<li>Add wine, stock and Wondra and bring to boil.</li>
<li>Lower heat to medium/low and simmer for about 20 mins stirring frequently.</li>
<li>Sauce will thicken and become dark.</li>
<li>Add chicken breasts to sauce; coating well.</li>
<li>Saute for about 2 mins each side.</li>
<li>Place 1 slice of mozzarella on each cutlet and heat until melted.</li>
<li>Serve cutlets with sauce drizzled on top.</li>
<li>To really feel like you&#8217;re dining at the Cheesecake Factory, pair this dish with some red-skinned mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.</li>

<p><strong>Baking Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>1.  Begin by preheating the oven to 475 degrees. Then, place a large pan or oven-safe skillet (that the cheesecake pan will fit inside) filled with about ½-inch of water into the oven while it preheats. This will be your water bath.</p>
<p>2. Combine 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon into a medium bowl. Mix in 1/3 cup melted margarine. Press the crumb into a 9-inch spring form pan that has been lined on the bottom and side with parchment paper. Use the bottom of a drinking glass to press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the pan and about 2/3 the way up the side. Wrap a large piece of foil around the bottom of the pan to keep the cheesecake dry when placed in the water bath in the oven. Put the crust in your freezer until the filling is done.</p>
<p>3. With an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese with sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Blend mixture for a couple of minutes or until the ingredients are smooth and creamy. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl and then add them to the cream cheese mixture. Blend the mixture just enough to integrate the eggs.</p>
<p>4. Go ahead and take the crust out of the freezer and pour the filling into it.</p>
<p>5. With extreme care, place the cheesecake into the preheated water bath. Bake for 12 minutes at 475 degrees, then turn the oven down to 350 degrees and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the top of the cheesecake turns a light brown or tan color. Remove the cheesecake from the oven to cool.</p>
<p>6. Once the cheesecake has cooled, combine ½ cup sour cream and 2 teaspoons sugar. Spread the sweetened sour cream over the entire top surface of the cheesecake. Cover and chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. To serve, slice the cheesecake into 12 equal portions. Apply a pile of canned whipped cream to the top of each slice and serve. Yields about 12 servings.</p>
